Allen Smith
CEO
Allen is an industry expert with over 30 years of experience in general safety. He has been a federally authorized OSHA instructor since 2017 and notably worked for 25 years with industry leader Schmersal Safety. Allen spearheaded a three-person integration team that wrote a Global Machine Guarding Standard for a Fortune 100 chemical company. In addition, he has written several machine guarding standards for leading consumer brand manufacturers and automation integrators alike. Allen consistently works at C-level to coordinate safety concerns across multiple plants through corporate-wide initiatives. Allen specializes in training programs which include OSHA, forklift license certification, and several other workplace preventative classes.
John MacGregor
President
John has been involved in machine automation and manufacturing for over 20 years. His experience began at the mechanical design level and has evolved through all operational levels within manufacturers, custom machine builders, and safety integration companies. John has developed a deep understanding of machine safety from involvement in full turnkey custom machine building, where general codes and practices are followed on a daily basis. A more in-depth involvement came when he joined a machine guarding integrator and worked to evolve the company into a multi-million-dollar-a-year entity. This involvement included assessment and recommendations of machine safety per OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and other similar working industry standards. John has formed partnerships with leading safety product companies, including Schmersal Safety.
